Ortisei answers modern market demands by cutting ice pieces in various sizes. As well as the finely crushed ice for traditional Italian “granita”, Ortisei can also produce cubes in larger sizes for cocktails.
Ortisei pays very close attention to operator safety with the addition of a safety microswitch on the feed throat and on the streamlined ice container.
Quality is guaranteed by the large sized throat in polished aluminium, stainless steel small parts and components and the structure in aluminium and steel.
High production standards are guaranteed by the 350 W motor, protected from stress caused by the processor by a ribbed belt for low power absorption. |
