Cookies and similar tools used by the website www.ital-service.it.

In short
- When you open the site, no cookie is set and no third-party service is contacted.
- The banner asks whether you accept Google Analytics statistics cookies. «Accept» and «Reject» carry the same weight; closing the banner with the × counts as rejecting. Without consent the site works in the same way.
- The site uses no advertising, profiling or social network cookies, nor similar tools (pixels, fingerprinting).
- When you open the «Contact us» form, HubSpot (which manages the form) and Google reCAPTCHA (which protects it from spam) set some technical and security cookies, described in section 5.
- You can change your choice at any time from «Cookie preferences» at the bottom of every page.
1. Controller

2. How you choose
- Banner: on your first visit choose «Accept» or «Reject». The × at the top right closes the banner and counts as rejecting.
- How long the choice lasts: we remember it for 6 months, then ask again. We ask earlier only if the banner text changes (for example because the tools used change) or if you clear your browser data. Your choice applies to both the Italian and the English version of the site.
- Changing your mind: from the «Cookie» button at the bottom left, always visible after your first choice, or from «Cookie preferences» at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the site immediately stops loading Google Analytics and deletes its cookies.
3. Technical cookies and browser storage (always active)

Record of choices. To be able to prove consent, when you choose in the banner we send a copy of your choice to our record: random code, choice, version of the banner text, page, browser type and operating system, date and time. We do not store the IP address, the service receiving the choices keeps no access logs and the record uses no cookies. The record is kept on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland), is not accessible from the web, is consulted only to answer a request and each record is deleted automatically after 12 months. The first 8 digits of the code appear in «Cookie preferences»: you can quote them if you ask us about your choice. Details in the Privacy policy.
4. Statistics cookies (only with your consent)
If you choose «Accept», the site loads Google Tag Manager, which activates Google Analytics 4 to measure visits statistically. Before your choice, or if you reject, neither is loaded. Google Tag Manager is configured with authorisation for statistics only (Consent Mode: statistics granted; advertising, advertising data and personalisation denied): advertising features stay disabled. Statistics data remain in the Google Analytics property for 14 months.

These are technical security cookies tied to the form you chose to open: they only serve to protect it from automated abuse and therefore do not require consent (Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code). Google processes them as a sub-processor of HubSpot and does not use them for advertising. Until you open the form, neither HubSpot nor Google is contacted.
6. Browser settings
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge. Browser settings do not replace the choice in the banner. If you block third-party cookies the contact form may not work: in that case you can write to info@ital-service.it or call +39 049 9630654.
